RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

All returns are store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. No signs of wear or usage and in the original packaging with tags still attached.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

When shipping a return, consider tracking and insuring your package. If you send a return without tracking and we don't receive the item, we will not issue you store credit.

Damaged Items

We will replace all damaged items. Please send us an email and picture at Desiree@desandleo.com within 24 hours of receiving the item to qualify for an exchange.
